Required Qualifications:
  • HVAC Certification and Universal EPA Certification.
  • CPO Certification.
  • Advanced technical training in multiple disciplines including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, landscaping, or sprinkler systems.
  • Maintenance or mechanical experience.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of maintenance experience in senior living, hospitality, multifamily housing, healthcare, hotels, or similar service-focused environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently while providing exceptional customer service.
